What is a Distance Reiki appointment like?

This is what you expect if you're receiving a real-time Distance Reiki treatment from me.

When you book your appointment, you'll received a confirmation email with a link to a Zoom Meeting.

At your appointment time, we will meet at that Zoom link. If it is your first appointment, I will introduce myself to you and briefly describe my process. At every appointment, I will check in with you to see if you have any physical symptoms or emotions you are seeking relief from or other areas you are seeking improvement in, so I can set an intention for the session, if applicable. (Other areas you may be seeking improvement in could include your ability to relax, mood, self-esteem or thought patterns.) You may wish to have your camera on at this point in the appointment so we can connect face to face.

Next, I will ask if you would like me to play music in the background while I work. Then, I will ask you to sit or lay down in whatever way will make you the most comfortable. While you are resting, I will be seated with my eyes closed and I will be holding my hands in different positions. Some people use a photograph, drawing or other stand-in, such as a stuffed animal to send distance Reiki to. I personally visualize the client laying in front of me and hold my hands over them, as if they were really there in-person.

Finally, a couple minutes before the end of the appointment time I'll call you back to your device by saying something like, "Okay I'm finished," and we can have a quick chat about how you're feeling, any sensations you felt during the treatment and anything I noticed that I want to share with you.

If you would like to experience a distant Reiki healing, I would love to work with you. You can book an appointment with me at https://calendly.com/jenniferpavilonis.
